Around the house…
This week I’ve been busy, stressed, a bit tired, and gloomy from the rain. Lucy and I have been hanging around the house, so my inspiration right now is my own home decor. Having fun turning everyday items into art!

This quote is so true. I’m realizing that more and more everyday as I watch my daughter grow at light speed! She has a lot of milestones in her life, but the precious moments are what I’m making sure not to miss. Here she is playing with grandpa’s “to be shredded” pile of papers. Something so simple gives her so much joy! A moment that we won’t forget!

Nothing too fancy today, or terribly artistic, but definitely special! Lucy wanted to wish all the Mother’s out there happy mother’s day! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend with friends and family! (oh and for this weekend, let someone else do the grocery shopping!) 🙂

Lucy is celebrating her first St. Patrick’s Day tomorrow, so she also had her first St. Patrick’s Day photo shoot! This one is my favorite! Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
A budding musician….
Here is little Lucy practicing the day away. She is following in the footsteps of her Aunt with her love of the piano! She is very focused and serious ; ) We will definitely continue to encourage this habit!
Quality time….
It’s important for Lucy to have quality time with her mom and dad, but quality time with Frankie is important too! Here we have a furry 3 year old child and a not so furry 8 month old one… here’s hoping they become best of friends!
8 months ago today….
8 months ago today Lucy was born, but I had to wait 24 hours to be able to see my little girl. While it drove me crazy to wait that long, it was well worth it! This is the first photo that I took of Lucy! (First of millions!)
