So, I think my cousin’s husband took this photo, but I’m not 100% sure. This is one of my favorite photos from our wedding day. Funny that one of my favorite shots wasn’t taken by the professional photographer!

Another Disney Landscape…..
The Tree of Life in Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a beautiful piece of artwork! Now it has some artistic competition in the form of Mt Everest. They are both pretty amazing. Put them together and you have one of my favorite views in the park! (Taken from one of many bridges in AK)
A Beautiful Silverback…
Here is another woodsy Florida photo, just not from the wild. This is one of the gorillas in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. They have a very large and lush habitat, easily the best enclosure for apes that I have seen in a zoo. I love these guys! I have been there many times, and every time I’m there I spend as much time as I can watching the gorillas interact with each other. It would be amazing to actually see them in the wild one day….
Florida is not just beaches….
I love the beaches in Florida, but I also love some of the inland sections too! This hanging moss can be found all over in the woods down there, very different than what you find up here in NJ. I think it looks very interesting when the light shines through it! (I took this while hiking the trails at Myakka State Park, outside of Sarasota, Fl)

Third and final Monmouth Battlefield photo… for now…
Took this shot just before heading to the car. Once you’ve walked the historical trail, on your way back you have to walk up Comb’s Hill. Once at the top, you turn around to see this beautiful view.. hard to picture a nasty battle going on here, but it did.

This is a view out over Monmouth Battlefield in Freehold, NJ. We lived here a couple years before we realized how close this was to our house, just about 20 minutes…so much has been built up around this battlefield, it is amazing that they have been able to preserve it at all!
